What is baby bottle tooth decay?
Baby Bottle Tooth Decay is referring to cavities in infants and toddlers. The prominent cause of this decay is exposure to sweetened liquids, often used as a bedtime or naptime drink.

How can i care for my child’s teeth at home?
Diet is one of the most important considerations to take when talking about preventative factors to dental issues. A well balanced diet, with low amounts of sugar is important in maintaining good oral health.
Basic oral hygiene is another key factor in at home oral care. Flossing regularly and using fluoride are important practices to follow daily.

Are dental x-rays safe for my child?
Dental Radiographs are safe to use for children. We use precautions to avoid any unnecessary exposure, including the use of a lead apron, and use of high speed film.

When will my child’s teeth begin to erupt?
Typically, first teeth will begin to emerge between the ages of 6 and 12 months.
